Fort Lauderdale JAM & ALL Interfaith Cafe

Special guest author Dr. Laurie Nadel will lead an interfaith discussion on The Five Gifts: An Interfaith Perspective

Join us for a discussion about The Five Gifts: An Interfaith Perspective. As we’ve had so many positive responses to the May meetup in which she discussed how the five gifts: humility, patience, empathy, forgiveness and growth – could be applied to help individuals heal after traumatic events, Dr. Laurie Nadel has graciously agreed to return to expand on the topic of how the five gifts can be also be applied using an interfaith perspective at the community level. The five gifts are universal and non-denominational. In this Interfaith Café session you will discover ways to bring these five gifts into your community to help foster long-term healing.

At these monthly roundtable discussions, participants have an opportunity to explore similarities and honor differences as they communicate with love and compassion over coffee, tea and light refreshments.

Admission is free and people of all faiths, as well as those with no religious affiliation are welcome. For more information, contact: Sarah Pattison at 239-898-2741.
