Buy a Brick Program

We are pleased to announce our “Buy a Brick Fund Raiser”. Please fill in the information below
and be sure to include your check, and phone number for the order to go through. If we have any
questions, we will call you. Changes cannot be made after order has been placed. We
recommend all CAPS, but please specify exactly how the message should appear if you use lower case.
The Temple reserves the right to limit # of bricks purchased, location of bricks, and use of
inappropriate language. Due to lettering, if symbols do not fit, you will be notified prior to order.
